Not all running shoes are the same

In running, a distinction is made between trail running, cushioning, lightweight and stability shoes. Cushioning is one of the most important features of your running shoe and should vary depending on your running type. You're still at the beginning? Look for a higher degree of cushioning in your running shoes. Your feet are protected by being cushioned in high-wear areas such as your heel: especially important on hard surfaces such as asphalt! If you are already an experienced runner and are less prone to twisting your ankle, a lower cushioning level is sufficient, as this promotes the natural development of the foot muscles.

Stability running shoes

The stability shoe is a real support tool and especially suitable for you if you tend to twist your ankle or bend it inwards while running. Their stiffer cuff gives your foot extra support, which prevents the ankle from bending and supports your running movement. In addition, they provide ideal cushioning for impact and rolling on the ground, giving you maximum comfort on the running track.
