Stability
If you are looking for a lot of support in a running shoe or want to protect your joints, you have found your new running companion with the stability shoe. Stabilizing elements on the inside of the running shoe prevent your foot from bending inward excessively during the roll. However, the stable construction also brings with it a higher weight. For a fast running pace and a dynamic running style, the shoe is therefore rather unsuitable.
