General Voucher Conditions

Personal discounts in "Your Deals"

A personal discount from the "Your Deals" section is valid once until the end of the day of the expiry date stated on the discount and will be automatically deducted from your total order amount if activated. No voucher code is needed in checkout. The discount is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order on ABOUT YOU.

You can only redeem one discount from the "Your Deals" section per order. The "Your Deals" discount cannot be combined with other promotions, EXTRA-discounts and vouchers. In the case of a full return, the discount value expires. In the case of a partial return, the discount value will be applied to the remaining eligible items. A disbursement, subsequent deduction or reimbursement of the discount is not possible.

The discount is assigned to a customer account and must be activated in the "Your Deals" section. If activated, the discount is automatically applied to the eligible articles. The discount is valid on selected articles only, these are marked with an "EXTRA"-discount sign after activation of the discount. The "Your Deals" discount can be deactivated up to the shopping basket, if a redemption in the current order is not desired.

Coupons

The coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. It is valid until the validity date stated on the coupon and will be automatically deducted from the invoice if the coupon is activated when the order is placed. The coupon is only applicable to selected products.

In case of return the coupon expires. Cash payout is not possible.

The coupon is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers and will not be credited against EXTRA discounts.

Vouchers with voucher code

A minimum order value of €75 applies to third party vouchers. The voucher is not transferable and can only be used in combination with an order from ABOUT YOU. It is valid for a single purchase until the expiration date indicated on the voucher and is automatically deducted from your bill when the voucher code is specified at the time of ordering.

In case of a complete return, the voucher value is forfeited. In the case of a partial return, the voucher value will only be credited if the minimum order value is reached for the retained items. Otherwise, the voucher cannot be credited. It is not possible to redeem the voucher for products that fall below the voucher value. It is possible to redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. A cash payment is not possible.

The voucher is not valid for products in the category Spotlight Sneaker and not for following brands: Arnette, Bershka, Burberry, Coach, Emporio Armani, Garmin, Mammut, Mango, Mango Kids, Mango Man, Marella, Max Mara, Max Mara Leisure, Oakley, Obey, Persona by Marina Rinaldi, Pull&Bear, Ralph Lauren, Ray-Ban, Tory Burch, Versace, violeta by Mango, Vogue Eyewear, Weekend Max Mara, On. In the event of loss or theft of the voucher, ABOUT YOU will not be able to provide a refund. There is no entitlement to partial or complete replacement of a voucher.

Special voucher conditions for the Net Promoter Score

Among all participants of the Net Promoter Score survey who give their consent to use their order number, 50% off shopping vouchers will be raffled off (see conditions of participation). The maximum order value is €500 before using the voucher or €250 after using the voucher. The voucher is not transferable and can only be used in combination with an order placed with ABOUT YOU. The voucher is valid for 4 months from the date of receipt by email and will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the voucher code is provided when you place your order. In the event of a complete return, the value of the voucher is forfeited. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. A cash payment is not possible.
